My name is La Rane Hafied Gany, though most people simply call me Rane.
For more than thirty years I have worked in the creative industries. My journey began in journalism and radio broadcasting in Jakarta, then Singapore and Tokyo.
I later joined a global agency as a digital & social strategist at their regional office in Bangkok, where I worked closely with clients across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
Upon returning to Indonesia, together with several friends, we established Paberik Soeara Rakjat, an agency focused on digital media content production, consulting, and training.
Alongside my professional work, I also run several podcast channels as a space to keep experimenting with storytelling.
I am also regularly invited as speaker, trainer, or workshop facilitator at a range of private organisations, government institutions, and educational institutions.
Currently, I'm pursuing a coaching certification with The Loop Institute of Coaching, the first institution in Indonesia built on the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
